Our Expectations of You
We are very proud of our field staff. It is they who have allowed us to produce the best product available over the last fifteen years. With the exception of dealer inventory audits which may take several days to complete, our customers, for the most part, have come to expect their inspection results the next day after they give us that request. We are almost always able to accommodate these expectations.
To accomplish this, our field staff must be physically able to climb around equipment, have reasonable eyesight to read serial numbers and have a flexible work schedule.
We need digital photos on almost all inspections and request a phone call from you before leaving the site.
