History
SMS Corporation was established in 1991 to service the finance and lease industries by providing credit safeguards through collateral inspections, floor plan audits, credit problem field assistance and vendor confirmations. Additional services include field activities a lender/lessee might themselves conduct in the field if they were present. The company was established and is overseen by David Strang after he spent fifteen years supervising credit operations for an office of one of the nations largest and oldest leasing and finance companies.
Our Responsibilities
It is our responsibility to get your inspections done accurately in a timely manner. We know you need to get your business completed quickly and, equally important, your vendors are awaiting their money. Your customer will be called, to obtain needed details, as soon as your request is received and followed with dispatching an inspector. If for any reason the inspection is not done by the end of the next day, the status of the inspection can be obtained online.

All inspections are handled in this manner without any premium charged for prompt service.

We are viewed by your customer as your representative and it is our responsibility to act, dress and perform our inspections in a confidential, courteous and professional manner at all times.

You will receive a summary report outlining any details within the report which should be noted as well as the inspection report.
